This countries are under the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP) and they allowed to travel into America for 90days or less for business or pleasure by just applying through this simple method called Electronic System For Travel Authorisation (ESTA) for approval prior travel with a token fee.

But due to the current epidermic caused by terrorist group American is adhering to strict rules and condition and kicking some of this countries like a ball into the pits with this rules!!!

The following passengers are no longer eligible to travel to the united states under the visa waiver program (vwp):

1. Nationals of VWP countries who have visited iran, iraq, libya, somalia, sudan, syria or yemen on or after 1st march 2011.
2. Nationals of VWP countries who are also nationals of iran, iraq, sudan or syria.

However there is net/safe part to this ball kicking of nationals in the visa waiver program(vwp) which are:

1. The secretary of homeland security might waive these restrictions, in a case-by-case basis. Passengers who may be eligible for a waiver include individuals who travelsto these countries on behalf of international organizations, regional organizations, and sub-national governments on official duty? on behalf of humanitarian non-governmental organizations on official duty? or as a journalist for reporting purposes.
2. additionally individuals who travelled to IRAN (only after july 14, 2015) or IRAQ for legitimate business-related purposes may be eligible for a waiver.

Finally if you don’t have an E-passport you need to consider it as your eligibility will be disapproved if you don’t hold a biometric passport and that is what we call…….(WHERE YOUR E-PASSPORT MY GUY?)

ARE YOU AMONG THOSE WHO OVERSTAYED THEIR WELCOME PERIOD (WE DEY WARN YOU NOW OOO!)

Have you ever overstayed your welcome period and your host is like “oya come and go” leave please!

Take a lesson from what Thailand is doing to their overstayed guest, guess what! you don’t want to be caught in that situation.

Effective from 20 march 2016, visitors who stay longer than their permitted stay in Thailand will not be able to re-enter THAILAND, They could be barred from re-entering Thailand for up to 10 years, depending on the length of overstay and could be prosecuted. Visitors currently in Thailand who have already overstayed are being advised to leave Thailand before 20 march 2016.
